The provision of a Service begins upon conclusion of a separate Agreement between Meilleur sp. z o.o. and the User, on individually agreed terms.
§ 6. Payments and Refund Policy
- Service prices are set individually and may change.
- Before making a purchase, the User will be informed of the total costs associated with the selected Service.
- Payments are made on the basis of VAT invoices issued by Meilleur sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User should submit a withdrawal statement to Meilleur sp. z o.o.
- The right of withdrawal from the agreement does not apply to the User in the case of agreements for services for which the User is obliged to pay the price, if the service has been fully performed with the express prior consent of the User, who was informed before the service began that they would lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the service.
§ 7. Protection of Personal Data
