In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we inform you that:
- The controller of your personal data is Meilleur sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0001119195.
- The Administrator processes your personal data only on the basis of law and for strictly defined purposes, i.e.:
- in order to conclude a contract with you and perform the concluded contract, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR,
- for the purpose of keeping accounting books and fulfilling tax obligations, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR,
- for the purpose of marketing the services provided by the Controller, including presenting the Controller’s commercial offer, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR,
- in order to determine and pursue possible claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- If the obligation to provide personal data does not result directly from legal provisions, the provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it may hinder or prevent the conclusion of a contract or the proper implementation of the Administrator's services.
- Your personal data is disclosed only to entities authorized to obtain your personal data under the law and to entities participating in the implementation of the contract concluded with you, including accounting service providers and carriers.
- The period of storage of your personal data depends on the legal basis for their processing:
- when data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - personal data will be stored for the period required by law,
- when data are processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR - personal data will be processed until all factual and legal actions necessary to perform the contract or to secure any claims are completed,
- when data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - personal data will be processed until the legitimate interests of the Controller constituting the basis for such processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing,
- when data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR - personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to their processing.
- You have the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof, the right to rectify it, as well as the right to delete data, transfer data, limit processing and object to the processing of personal data.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office /ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw/.
- 10.Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner.
- 11.Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
